Quick reaction from staff when I complained and a room change was arranged. Central location. Practical check-in with a tablet and cards.
Initial room on the 5th floor with no elevator, extremely difficult with luggage (and unacceptable for someone pregnant). Additional mezzanine inside the room with more stairs. Very small windows, room extremely hot, only one fan provided.
It is impossible to sleep with open windows due to loud noise from bars and people on the street.
The second room offered was only slightly better, but there is still no air conditioning. Poor quality mattress sinking in the middle. No soundproofing, street noise continued. TV without access to streaming services (e.g., Netflix). Overall room conditions did not match the high price. No compensation or discount is offered for the inconvenience. No place to park a car.
