About this house rental
Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 10 m2 partly roofed, patio 30 m2, lawn 30 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, logs (extra). Parking at 100 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Das Haus war sauber und wir hatten genug Platz als 5-köpfige Familie. Leider war die Heizung kaputt und, obwohl die Hausmeisterin sich gekümmert hat, hat es drei Tagen gedauert, bevor sie lief wieder (wir haben für die Zeit ein Heizungsgerät benutzen können). Einige Lampen waren defekt, sonst hat alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist sehr klein aber hat alles, außer eine Spülmaschine. Der Ferienpark ist ziemlich runtergefahren aber schön ruhig. Wandern in der Region war einfach und schön.

Schön. Küche kleiner als gedacht (zu klein). Wo das Haus um den See herum steht, hätte besser beschrieben werden müssen.

Für Wassersportler und Wanderer optimal. Zweckmässig eingerichtete Häuser in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Stausee. Unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Alles bestens!

An Badestrand war der Rasen nicht gemäht, überlaufende Mülleimer, Minigolf nicht nutzbar, alte Wasserschäden in Unterkunft sichtbar. In diesem Zustand der Ablage und des Sees kann ich diese nicht weiterempfehlen.
