-You pay up front to Agoda (based in Singapore...surprise), but then they fail to communicate the "virtual check-in procedure" required before you can access the property.
-There's no Front Desk here and no Staff to assist 24/7.
-The room had no desk/chair, no rugs or any floor coverings, no coffee table, no luggage stands, and everything was white granite floor to ceiling.
-Same in the bathroom: We used the ironing board to hold our toiletries out in the hallway.
-Amenities were bare bones for ***/night.
-The hot tub was NOT hot, nor will it be while you're there, but the small pool was "ice cold" and refreshing.
-Guest parking is limited.
-You can do way better for your money. Go find a *** property or even a *** or ***, and you'll be glad you did. Our pain is your gain. Run away from this one.

Furniture was battered and badly stained. Not at all like the pictures.
Sheets and towels had horrible stains
Cleaning was poor.
LOTS of nocturnal noise from guests
Very pleasant 15 minutes walk to downtown, the whole area felt very safe and secure.

Positives first: 24 hour pool and a nice hot hot tub; nice showers; good amount of space for the money; quiet and friendly; comfortable beds.
I liked the place fine, and it was good value for the money, but travelers should be aware that the hotel does take a $100 deposit (not unusual) and a mandatory $25/day "resort fee" or "holiday fee" - despite the fact that Agoda also charges $25/day for "resort fee". It took a lot of wrangling for me to get refunded for the double charge and even then it was only in Agoda credit. Also be aware that staff interactions are primarily by text message, so you would be wise to check in before 8pm (although there is someone nominally available after hours). Had some qualms about lighting, lack of things like toilet paper and ice buckets, and curtains that you could definitely see through at night. But otherwise it'd be a good place to consider as long as you're okay with the extra fees.

Long story short the room was disgusting. All kinds of mysterious stains on the sofa. The end table is eroded and disgusting but the cherry on top was the stand in shower flooding
