Really lovely hotel in a beautiful location the views from our room were spectacular! We were upgraded to a larger 2 bedroom room which was lovely , the staff are really friendly and helpful!
The food is great and so much choice at breakfast lunch and dinner!!
The pool areas are lovely and having the water slides in the complex was an added bonus!
The gym is also really good !!
Location was lovely ,very close to the cable car which is a must do if you’re not scared of heights!
Definitely good value for money!!
Only one complaint the walls in our room were really thin which was only a problem when you get noisy totally disrespectful neighbours turn up half way through your week and think it’s ok to let their toddler scream and shout continuously

Great staff, very friendly and helpful
Free upgrade to better room, the best we ever had in turkey (this was our fifth hotel)

Turkish bath available for self-service too
Professional and really friendly staff in the pool bar
Exceptional mojito in pool bar
Really cold water in the water pools
Not so clean toilets in the main bulding
The water in waterpark very cold
No foods or drinks included in all-in within the waterpark, waterpark quite far away, too far to walk there, you cannot bring your own food

Kids enjoyed it
I’ve been to turkey many times they do really nice food but I was rather disappointed with the choice of food it was more European food than Turkish food I do like European food which I cook myself but was looking forward to Turkish food for a change.
