Service and staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
The food was good and met our expectaions.
Cleanliness in the room. Dirt under the bed.
Entertainment staff were pleasant, but there were too many requests to join acitivities during a day by the pool.

Liked all the Trees and the setting, the Staff as they were very friendly , but there again my family and I are very friendly people to .The pool was great , and the mini bus to the hotel beach .
Difficult getting a good room , lost a day of the holiday on 25 Oct the start of the holiday , and other upset regarding my family’s rooms as lack of understanding that out of the family of 12 that I booked in March 10 th 2025, 3 could not travel due to a severe illness that resulted in a York Hospital operation on 23 October 2025 , which left just 9 of us travelling for the holiday . Also I advise Hotel guests in the future to use their room safes as I had 70 in 10 pounds notes taken from a Jacket pocket in the hotel room on the Thursday while out on a family boat trip for the day . Notice a different room maid on the Friday , was sad I did not leave her a tip as my very bad inner feelings towards the room cleaning staff ! Raymond Fligg , York . England. We have stayed 3 times now and plan to come again next year. The facillities, rooms and dining room are all great and well worth what uyou pay. All inclusive food is very good and all in all we were very happy. I have heard the same music in the dining hall for two years now and think if you changed this then the restaurant manager might even start to smile.
A massive thank you to Mustafa again, he always goes over and above to help and we are very gratefull. Also to Ali who also works behind the bar and is an asset to your company. Another person I noticed this year is Ali that works in the dining room, he works very hard and knows his job very well.
The food is fantastic and thank you very much for this. Our room was perfect and just the right size for us. Gardens and pools are beautiful and the staff are all very pleasant.
Music in the dining room the same for two years, it actually starts to become irritating.

Unfortunately the waitress totally unprofessional .
Looks like there is a shortage in the staff .need hours to clean tables and cups around pool and they clean whats frankly dirty.
The building and furniture is old .
