Super Budget, comfortable and clean guest house

elevator, balcony, friendly receptionist girl, room was quite small but had everything needed for a short stay: comfy bed with clean linen and two pillows of different sizes, clean shower, small wardrobe, good wifi, air conditioner in the room (did not use though), easy self checkout, bus stop right behind the corner
Nesting pigeons above the air conditioner on the outside wall were making noise; the windows in the room were not soundproof. The temperature of the hot water in a shower was not always stable

Good for a night or two. The neighborhood is nice, around 25min walk to north station. Cleanliness on spot.
Check in time is odd. Wifi was weak; no kitchen

The value for money and the location is great.
The room wasn’t very clean, my towel had stains on it and the remote control of the TV did not work.
