A lovely boutique hotel located at Utrecht central. Nice and helpful staffs. Great location, at the heart of Utrecht central. Room is spacious and clean with a terrace looking to the cathedral.

I was hesitant to book after seeing some negative Google reviews, but I decided to trust Agoda. I shouldn't have. This was worse than many 2-star hotels I've stayed in.
The main heating wasn't working. We reported this to the person in the lobby (which is just a café - there's no proper lobby), and they said they'd have a look. Nothing was fixed when we got back from dinner. The room was too cold to enjoy the nice bath we'd seen in the pictures. We had to rely on the small air conditioner at maximum power to heat the room, which made it extremely noisy.
Other issues: the fridge was noisy, light switches didn't work, and the room was badly lit - my partner couldn't put her makeup on as there was no light near the mirror. The space is poorly designed - we had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in because its cord was too short to reach the nearest outlet while on the table.
The room needs proper renovation before being rented out. Other disappointment: very small pillows with only one per person, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.
This place isn't just not worth the price - it's actually bad.
