The main elevator was not working the whole time I was there. The rooms were clean and the washrooms were clean. Atmosphere is lacking. Basically just a place to sleep at night.

While the hostel chain is called Stayokay I actually had a pretty great stay ;) The location is close to everything you'd need in Utrecht - just <10 mins walk away from Domplein, if you're in town for the museums it was also a very easy and pleasant walk all the way down to the museumpark area - you get to enjoy some window shopping along the way too!
Unfortunately their fire alarm system went haywire during one of my nights there in the middle of the night which was unpleasant and unfortunate. Overall I'd still highly recommend this place :)

There is ongoing construction and place was packed so can be quite noisy at times but overall still a great stay. Location is close to Train Station and great restaurants and sights. Staff was accomodating and nice.

experience depends on guests who staying at the same time. during my stay was 'scolded' by a light sleeper at the bottom deck bed.
