The check in at the reception is smooth and the receptionist is friendly. The location is superb. Breakfast was simple and adequate. I am satisfied overall.

Hotel is on lakeside Street, 50 metres from lake view. Room was OK. However cleaner's start at very early ( 6am)and make lots of noise around rooms ( cleaning vacant rooms). Hotel don't have elevators and staff don't help with luggage.
No in house restaurant for dinner or lunch.
Hotel staff doesn't change towels or bedding even you ask for room cleaning. (Strange). Hotel don't have ironing available.
Not complaining but making ppl aware of things to check before booking this hotel . I wish I knew these beforehand.
