Staffs are friendly and helpful. Waiting us until 11pm for our late check in with her cheerful smile^^ Breakfast is also great with custom-made omelette and variety of teas, bread, fruits, ham and cheese! But the location is not too friendly for people travelling from Salzburg city centre and those with luggages. Bus station is not really far from hotel, just 6-10min walk depends on which station you go but the frequency of buses passing through is low.
