The hotel is a splendid building in beautiful, extensive, mature grounds, and the staff were outstandingly pleasant and helpful. The vegan lunches supplied to our group were very good.
There could have been better lighting in the bedroom, with a heater in the bathroom, and more light where the kettle was kept. There could have been more vegetables and vegetarian options on the menu.

Location was great staff very attentive

Shower doesnt drain well, u bend needs a clean
Tv remote doesnt work properly
Pillows far too hard
Dinner menu was not as advertised
Coffee from the bar was dreadful obviously the coffee machine hadnt been used for some time but what was offered was shocking (sorry)
None of above stopped us from having an enjoyable overnight stay prior to visit to HP land
The dinner menu spelling was actually very amusing
