Very convenient hotel, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location just 5 minutes from Paddington Station.
All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier, with the room already ready upon our arrival.
A special thanks to Kamalin for the professionalism and kindness shown at all times.

The Hotel is walking distance from Paddington station, which is very comfortable if you are coming from Heathrow Airport with Elizabeth line.
The hotel's premises are very beautiful. The common spaces and the breakfast area are very well renovated.
The breakfast is quite honest, focused on a typical english breakfast, plus a range of pastry choices.
The staff was very polite and provided us with an hour of late check-out free of charge, which was very helpful for business reasons.
One - personal mostly - dislike is the extended use of carpets in rooms. At least when you choose carpets, you should provide one-use slippers, which was not the case here.
The room was also very small, while this is typical of London venues.
The fact also that we were located at the basement was a bit annoying. I must admit that this was by far the greatest dislike of our stay, but still not a deal-breaker.
Finally, the entrance hall in the room did not have a spotlight or any light in fact. This was really annoying, as you had to switch the phone light, to check the wardrobe or other cupboards.

Real nice that the location is inside a typical Victorian building. Strategic Paddington tube just 5 minutes walking.
Needs to be renewed.
