Eurostars Gran Valencia

The hotel is in a very good location for access to the city. The staff were exceptional, professional and helpful.

I did not like that the air conditioning minimum temperature is set at 20deg, this is not low enough - it makes the rooms too hot, which unfortunately caused me to have a sore throat and cough.

Bit far from the centre but also easy to get to by metro so okay

Excellent property located at an excellent place in Valencia.

The property was well-kept, staff were polite, and the amenities were enjoyable. The shower was particularly nice.

The room itself was nice, but the staff was unreachable during evening hours when the guest in the room next to me was screaming from 3am to 7am. I tried calling three times; on the first occasion, the phone was picked up, but then left on silent (I could hear someone breathing). The second and third times, no one picked up the call. When I mentioned it in the morning, the gentleman attending the front desk made sure that there was no one in the room next to me the following night to avoid the risk of another poor night's sleep.
