Kiara la propriétaire était présente pour nous accueillir en bas de l'appartement tres propre qui comprend 4 chambres, une cuisine et une salle à manger collectives. Des bières, de l'eau, du café, du lait et des biscuits sont à notre disposition. Kiara nous donne de très bons conseils de visites comme de restaurants. Très bonne localisation proche du métro. Centre-ville très proche à pied. Top 👍

The place was very nice and clean, great size bedroom and comfortable bed. Location is excellent very close to everything, including metro, train station nord and buses.

The apartment is located a few minutes away from the city center and right across the street from Bailen metro station which makes it easy to explore the city. The host Kiara was lovely and she waited us with some complementary food and drinks. The apartment has 2 individual rooms with a shared kitchen and leaving room.

De host Kiara was zeer vriendelijk en deed ook niet moeilijk over onze late tijd van aankomst. We mochten bij uitchecken ook onze bagage in het appartement laten totdat we door taxi opgehaald werden.
De kamer is klein en de badkamer was piepklein! In de badkamer is er ook nergens een tablet om iets op te zetten en als je dan w.c., douche en lavabo in kamertje van 1,5 m op 1,5 m propt zit alles wel overvol. Het gebouw was ook vrij luidruchtig omdat het flinterdunne muren zijn en de buren luidruchtig. De deuren en het bed piepten verschrikkelijk. Naar Valenciaanse normen was dit zeker geen dure kamer maar misschien kan je toch beter een beetje meer geld spenderen om te overnachten.
