The location was perfect for us, not in the Lugano center but close enough to walk or quick bus trip. The breakfeast, although it didn't have that many options, it was very very good! Staff was friendly, rooms were great and everything very clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very small and basic, almost like a youth hostel. Cleanliness excellent. Location good.
small room. No attractive space to sit (outside the room). The lobby was not inviting to stay there, TV did not work. Window could not be opened. Bathroom is outdated but clean and funcional
