Close to the Lugano train station. The reception Gabriel was so helpful getting us the tickets for free transportation in Lugano. Easy ride down the funicular to the old town.
Breakfast wasn’t as expansive as other hotels but it was sufficient and 12 francs is probably better than we could do out at a cafe. The staff was great.

Breakfast was great. Selection and food quality have been very good. Location of the hotel is very nice from a view perspecive. However, getting to the center city and back requires some uphill walking. Public transportation is not exactly a good option.
Two small beds have been a bit of a dissappointment. We were looking for a queen bed originally.
