Good location, very central and close to the tram station. The people were really kind and attentive. The bed was very confortable and the room was very clean.
I found the bathtub considerably high and had to put extra care in going out of it. Other than that, everything was very good.

Totally perfect!!! Location, heart of city, 5 min from walking to train, restaurants everywhere, wonderful breakfast!! Staff was best of all!!! Loved every minute there!

Splendid location on Place Victor Hugo, close to the tram link to the train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. I made little use of the services and facilities so can't comment on them.
The hotel was kept very clean but the interior is now in urgent need of a re-fit: the furniture, fittings and bathroom in my room dated from the 1980s or earlier. It didn't bother me but I suspect a lot of guests would find that disappointing.
