Good stop over for early departure to resorts. Apartments of various sizes available so can accommodate families. Reception staff were excellent.
Kitchen facilities poor. Hob did not work. Cooking pans very tired.

When we arrived, the person at the desk checked us in very efficiently and let me know where the parking area was. The room was compact but ample for one night's stay. Grenoble is a beautiful city and the hotel was tucked to one side of the main station which meant it was easy to walk into the town. There was a dishwasher which was greatly appreciated and fresh sponges and cloths to use. My children also got some free croissants which made everyone happy! The person at the front desk (Victor) spoke English very well and was very helpful when our cooker was locked.
The sofa bed was really hard to get open and the fridge leaked all over the place. The air-conditioning turned itself on in the middle of the night.

In addition to it's convenient location, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the linens and towels provided were adequate. It was also nice that the building had a slight perfume, making it pleasant to walk through the corridors.
It was disappointing to discover that the restaurant / café is now closed, so all you can get on the premises is a very average breakfast.
