We had a two room suite with a very tiny kitchenette hidden in a closet. We were just staying for one night and didn't need the kitchen/dining area, so the size and lack of usable items didn't bother us. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of plugs to charge our devices in the bedroom. The bathroom was modern and clean. We were overlooking an inner courtyard so it was quiet. The location was central and easy to get around Parma. We could walk to most of the centre in 10 - 15 minutes. There was a public car park a 5 minute walk the other way where we could leave our car for the duration of our stay.
We really only needed the bedroom for our 1-night stay, however, the kitchen / dining room area had just one small table for 2 people and a pretty uncomfortable looking desk / workspace. There was no sofa or comfortable chairs to sit in. The bathroom lighting wasn't great and the shower was right next to a window which if you closed over for privacy made it hard to see whilst in the shower. We'd had trouble with mosquitoes in other places in Italy on our trip so kept the windows closed. The air conditioning was not very powerful so it was a bit warm, despite it being October.

A very good location: while in strictly city centre but yet in a quiet and calm neighborhood.

Big bedroom, bathroom, livingroom/kitchen
Very close to hisctorical center
*They have a name as "suites" but they do not provide suite level services.
*There were very limited equipment in the kitchen only for 2 persons, there were no spare glasses, cutlery or plates. There was no kettle we requested one and they brought. They told us that only Americans! are requesting kettle for tea!
*There were no coffee capsules nor tea in the room even the 2 water bottles they put in the refrigerator was €1 each.
*There is no dishwasher and they are threating you with a penalty of €30 if you do not clean the kitchen & dishes when checking-out. This is unaccaptable when you are paying approx. €90 for a day.
*There was a construction going on, they started making a high construction noises at 10:00 in the morning even on Saturday
*Dated furniture, only 1 sofa in a very big living room (not enough space for 2 persons), towels became greyish so seems dirty
*The windows all looked out onto a courtyard where other rooms could see you. So you prefer to close the blinds in the windows and the rooms and bathroom have inadequate lighting.
