What a stunning location! Glorious view and super clean everywhere!

The pool area is very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole complex is very nice.

The service in the bar was very bad. Table service only, I waited for nearly 45 minutes to order on Saturday afternoon. Not very good. The breakfast was quite poor as there were hardly any hot options. I arrived at 9.45am and food was not being replenished. I checked in at 12 noon and was told my room was ready but hasn’t been released. I was not notified until 4.30pm my room was available. Despite having the key wristband the whole time. I could not find my room and bellboy staff were very unhelpful. It took me 20 mins to locate my room. Bar food was of a very poor standard and cold.

Design , location , lots of facilities which are good for longer stays.

My wife got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes , elevators which have the periodical check noted with DESFAVORABLE !!! Check-in is at 15:00 , went at the SPA around 17:00 and the employee there said it is too late because they close in an hour….. so that’s very unpleasant. There is NO complementary water in a 4 star Hotel in a country where 2 liters of water cost 40-50 cents. You do have a mini-bar which charges for a small bottle 3.8€ , pathetic The rooms are not including a bag for Spa, not even bath robes or at least single use flip flops No Smart TVs, the existing are old and without the possibility to watch Youtube So 180€ / night it is ridiculously high price for the offer
