Everything, I stayed at the Hotel about 12 years ago, and the head receptionist Francesca actually remembered me so that was an excellent start.
The Al acarte menue had changed and the standard was not what I expected, it was a Michellin * restaurant when I visited about 12 years ago, but now unfortunately it is not. but it was OK and did not spoil the stay we had.

Spectacular sea view. Gardens of palms and cacti. Great breakfast; good selection; oodles of fresh orange juice; freshly cooked eggs
housekeeping; did not always top up teas; did not clean the floor properly - I complained about this

Location great.
Couldn’t get into room for ages as no one at reception and key didn’t work. Poor service. Overpriced. Food very poor. Had to send back substandard meat
