We knew this apartment was work in progress when we booked and we accepted this.
The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, busses.
Very quite area at night, even though so close to the activity
No matter what we requested to make our stay even better, management provided these requests
Once the city of Larnaca gets their paving completed, this area will be a go-to place to stay
Nothing... Everything was sorted out immediately by management when requested

Location is perfect with a lovely view from the balconies. It’s clean and the bed is very comfortable. Internet works well too.

The apartment had both a comfortable bed and couch. Good location although looking at a parking lot. Enjoyed the terrace.
Minor things-There has been a futon outside our door propped on the wall for the entire week. The apartment needs a deep clean in the bathroom- mold in the shower. Then little things like new battery for the clock, lightbulb in the kitchen vent, WiFi password was not provided at check in, bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. Although the staff was communicative; they weren’t timely when you needed them to be. We had inquired about an early check in of 2 hours due to our flight arrival and they wanted to confirm for 55 additional euros. We opted for lunch then when we were finally told we could Check in, the key was not in the lock box and then had to wait around. We were told different things from the management vs the cleaning staff. It just starts things off on the “wrong foot”. A bottle of wine was supposed to be included and we were given two splits as an apology for our inconvenience of the missing key. Staff was friendly, however, simple things to be fixed. We were given the best grocery to be an hour away and in the same email, local restaurant recs were given then told the staff person thought we were in a different town. :/
