I will keep on going back to this place everytime I need to be in the area. It feels like a home away from home, the host cares, rooms are cozy, bathroom facilities are modern and luxuruous. The rooms are spacey.
Kitchen offers all facilities and tools, food can be ordered and delivered and it can be eaten in the kitchen or in the room.
Location is peaceful, still the center of Halle can be easily reached.

The facility itself is located in a peaceful, out-of-the center area, but in short distance to the center. Home delivery of food is an option if one likes to eat in. In the (shared) kitchen, all kitchen tools and appliances are available if one wants to cook or to heat up own food.
The rooms are modern, spacious and quiet. A fridge is available to use within the room. Shower accessories are provided.
I also do not understand some of the reviews about heating or noise. The heating works fine and as I mentioned earlier, it is a facility right out into nature with nice views around the property, located on a small land road.
The host is friendly and really cared about making sure I was being happy.
I will definitely go back.

Quiet and convenient location. Large room. Newish bathroom with large shower and comfortable bed. Easy Nespresso coffee in the kitchen. No fuss. Great host. Free parking. Photos don’t do it justice.

the room was cozy and comfortable, not expensive, and in a nice location.
It was very noisy, we could hear other people talk in their rooms. The towels smelled moldy and there were many spiders in the room. Also there was no information about how to check in and our messages were not replied. They did pick up the phone when we called.
