About this apartment rental
Cosy brand new modern and light-rich flat in the heart of historic centre Ghent, fully available with all utilities (kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen wifi,...). Located near the most beautiful sights, restaurants, Friday market, Koornmarkt, St Baafsplein, Belfort, St Bavo's Cathedral..., parking nearby, 30 mn. to Brussels or Bruges, easily accessible by public transport (near a bus stop, 2 mn from Dampoort), 10 mn steps from Dampoort train station. Terrace. The apartment is very bright, and very well isolated, there are curtains everywhere (photos were taken just before the curtains were hung), the windows are oriented west - south-west, there is sun on the terrace from about 4-5 pm. In the bedroom block-out curtain. If the kitchen is used, we expect it to be perfectly cleaned upon departure.

Nice and cosy appartment, close to the historical city of Gent. A good place to stay. Nearby as well are a couple of restaurants and bars, that is why it yould be rather loud and busy in the streets around during the night.

Great location to many of the squares in centrum but the nightlife in that area was loud into the early morning. Even with windows closed we could hear the parties Bring your own soap and shampooWindows across the whole front of the apartment and the small porch are wonderfulThe host answered all questions we had quickly and always good information!

The apartment was really clean and well looked after. the location was perfect, I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors or local bars, which was great. The one negative thing, the host would not have been able to help, however the road was under construction and a headsup would have been nice. It hindered my stay as all my shoes ended super muddy, and the access was genuinely quite dangerous. There were huge diggers, holes and they reduced the sidewalk to

We stayed here for a week in Aug 2024. The property is well maintained and clean and in a modern building conveniently close to bus lines. It’s a short walk to the picturesque heart of the city. Shower, kitchen and bed were all great, and we enjoyed the balcony in the evening. A clothes washer is in the apartment too - it wasn’t listed, so this was a pleasant surprise
