Small nineteenth-century villa with large quiet and shady garden, from which to admire the colors of nature in the Chianti Rufina countryside and its olive groves, just 18 km from Florence.
On the ground floor: entrance, toilet, bedroom and bathroom with shower for disabled people. On the first floor: kitchen, living room with balcony, double bedroom with small study, large bedroom with single beds and bathroom with bathtub. Particularly well-furnished.
Garden with barbecue and a hammock to enjoy the silence of nature. Shared outdoor play area for children.
