The View is Amazing!!!With that being said keep in mind your on top of a bluff so lake access is a short 20 minute drive. The house is amazing and recently renovated which shows but it must have been a while since there was anyone in the home. On arrival there were alot i mean accesive spider activities and Webs everywhere. I had to clean and rid them from the fornt door and all deck areas. The screened area of the deck for bug free dining was missing 2 screens which actually allowed for the spiders to have a buffet assortment of bugs to eat. With everything being said dont plan to play in the yard with water toys with the littles as there is not one and the property is very steep. It is very nice but could have had a once over cleaning and exterminator stop by before our visit.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was so clean and beautiful! The view of the lake was amazing and we wont forget it! We certainly plan to come back.

Property is exactly as described and represented in photos. Even the views!! Comfortable bed in the upstairs master (only one we used). Kitchen has everything you need, plus. Linens were clean and fresh, not worn or tattered. Extra blankets were abundant for covering up on a chilly night or while sitting on the balcony. Hubs says: Be sure to mention the fantastic toilets and exceptional toilet paper! Checkout was the easiest ever...strip the beds and toss used linens in the laundry area. Put trash in the bin and leave everything where/how you found it. WiFi was strong and consistent. But with the view, what you’ll want is a good book, a nice beverage and you will be wishing there was more time to sit on the balcony. It was like being on a cruise, but not moving...yes, the view is that tranquil. Extra touches abound...tea, popcorn, coffee, even cookie mix, shampoo, conditioner and soap. DVD movies, books (I read The Help in two days) and games too. The area: the county is dry! Bring any adult beverages with you. Harps grocery in Heber Springs is very basic, but hubs came home with 4 tri-tip roasts and a trimmed pork butt roast..he was happy! There are a few restaurants nearby, but, truthfully, we never wanted to leave the property! It was our 25th Anniversary and we were going to eat at the Red Apple in, but ditched those plans to stay in.
