About this apartment rental
Apartment consists of a one bedroom and one bathroom with newly remodeled kitchen (2018) with new appliances and furniture. Apartment is located next to Tecolote Canyon in Linda Vista, on a very quiet street with little traffic and easy off street parking. Bedroom has large chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet (quite big). Queen bed. Bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and vanity, and a tub/shower. Living room has a small couch with large tv (49" I think). Apartment has mini split air conditioning and heat pump for winter. Kitchen has view of backyard and breakfast bar. Full size fridge. Gas stove. Laundry on site in back yard. Back yard is pretty large, with trees and large paved sitting area (fenced). Nice private outdoor area in back. Quiet. If you want to walk everywhere and be in the 'middle of the action', this is probably not for you. But if you don't mind short drives to SD attractions but would prefer a quieter setting, you'll probably like it here. Urban hiking close by in Tecolote Canyon.
