The house layout and ocean view were great. Fireplaces were a cozy touch. The spiral staircase was cool too.
The main bedroom upstairs is walled in but ceiling is open to the rest of the living space. Was fine for us given my hubby and I were there alone, but I could see if you had a household of people, not having a fully closed in bedroom could be problematic. We also tripped the breaker that the internet modem was plugged into when we ran a space heater downstairs the first night. Took a while to troubleshoot and find the breaker box, but we did and all was fine.

The different construction style of the residence actually gave us the largest ocean view possible while inside and comfortable. Spacious rooms and generous amenities. Clean, private, and quiet except for the ocean waves!
Outside stair case was a bit steep, but it was manageable.

The ocean views from the upstairs deck are amazing. The house is three rows of houses back from the beachline however the house roofs are staggered secondary to being on a hill so that the views are unobscured. Two lovely decks to hang out on when it is nice. Living room furnishings are quite comfortable.
The bottom rack on the dishwasher needs replaced as it comes off the roller and is difficult to load and unload. There were only two of us, so we only did one load a day so it was manageable however.

The view and sound of the ocean were spectacular! Lovely decorated house. Very beachy. Everything we needed to cook and not have to go out. The spiral stairs were fun.
There were only 2 wine glasses and 3 of us. Thank goodness for coffee mugs!! The downstairs fireplace control was smarter than me. I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. The upstairs fireplace worked great.
