In the center of Saint Raphael, in absolute calm on a high floor (5th of 6 with lift), 2-room apartment of 45 m2 air-conditioned completely renovated with modern furniture and decorations.
The South West exposure and the huge bay windows provide you with beautiful light all day long.
5 min walk to markets, 10 min walk to the sea and the port. True "everything on foot".
6 minutes by car to the golf of Valescure.
Free and secure parking in the residence with electric gate.

In the bedroom, you will find a 160x200 size bed with a quality mattress.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed whose bedding is 160x190 with a real mattress (18 cm thick) and slatted base.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washer-dryer, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave and fan oven ...)
Separate toilet in the bathroom.
Travelers access
Entire apartment and cellar if necessary to store bikes for example. (cellar accessible on one level without stairs from the parking lot if necessary)

We live a few hundred meters from the apartment and will be available if needed.

Nous recommandons cette location de vacances sans problème.
Propriétaires à l'écoute et assez bon emplacement.
S'il y avait quelque chose à ajouter ce serait peut-être de laisser 1 torchon à disposition et peut-être mettre 1 porte manteau mais ce n'est qu'une suggestion...sinon rien à dire....

Alles is er wat nodig is! Niet onbelangrijk: zeer goed bed!!
Veel lichtinval, open uitzicht zonder inkijk. Prive parking is pluspunt. Ligging is ideaal zowel om te voet boodschapoen te doen als om de regio te verkennen.
Wij deden elke dag mooie wandelingen.
Dit appartement kunnen wij absoluut aanbevelen en zouden er nog terugkomen!
