It includes a 30 m² living room-kitchen with double sofa bed (160x200), a dining area for 5-6 people, a bedroom with 2 separate beds (90X200), a large bathroom with WC and it also has a covered loggia and a private enclosed garden. A private parking space is reserved outside. A collective swimming pool is available in the residence.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Only a short walk from the train station and the bus station so hiring a car is not a necessity. The beaches of Fréjus and St Raphael were also only a few minutes walk away as were restaurants; bars and shops.
The apartment was well equipped and communication was excellent. We would definitely return

l'appartement est dans un immeuble neuf, très propre, dans un quartier très central. les équipements de l'appartement - très bien, la terrasse apporte un plus extraordinaire.

Très bon séjour. Appartement très agréable et bien placé tout se fait à pied. Place de parking appréciable au mois d'août et la piscine est un plus avec les enfants. En espérant y retourner l'année prochaine.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé en centre ville dans un quartier calme. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
