The apartment was spacious and clean and tidy and catered for everybody. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. The sofa and chairs were comfortable too. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment although the plates were in a cupboard that was almost higher than I could reach. Lyme is a lovely seaside town, which we already knew.
The first thing you notice on booking.com is that it is beachfront (with "direct beach front access") and it has "stunning sea views", neither of which were true, but which were important to us. Some sea view if you are either tall or stand on tiptoe. Furthermore, access to the town and beach is up and down steep hills. We found the heating and TV controls tricky despite help from the host.

Extractor fan not working in shower but this is more an issue for the host than us. Thought they wld like to be made aware.
