Welcome to River Bend Station in La Pine. This 3,600+ square foot home is your own private resort located on the Little Deschutes River.
Enjoy beautiful views and access to the river with abundant indoor entertainment for the whole family. Relax in the hot tub, play together in the game room, or relax in either one of the two living rooms. There is a pool table, air hockey, foosball, puzzles and games - enough to keep everyone busy! Enjoy spending time together while ensuring plenty of activities to keep everyone happy.
There are river views from the second story kitchen and family room, the wrap around porch, the enclosed patio, and hot tub.
Mt. Bachelor, Oregon’s premier ski area is less than an hour drive, Crater Lake is within 2 hours, and the nearby Deschutes National forest offers an abundance of outdoor activities, including golf, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and rafting in the summer and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.
The surrounding area has many other points of interest including Fort Rock and Newberry Crater, with cinder cones, twisted lava, and year-around ice caves.

We held our family reunion at this property. We had eight adults and six grandchildren ages 3 to 13. All the bedrooms were used and accommodated us nicely. Having access to three bathrooms was also great.The two gathering spaces were nice, and the kitchen had what we needed. The game room had everything needed for fun.Our time in the rental was the 4th of July weekend, so it was hot outside, and the little river still had a nice flow. We had fun floating the river. The community has put in locations upstream and downstream from the property. We did both floats over two days, and they were great. It took about 45 minutes to an hour, which was just the right amount of time for our younger grandchildren. It was simple to shuttle ourselves.We were also able to use the property's kayaks and floats after signing the liability form.The property was appropriately priced and a good value for our family. If you look past the quirkiness of the house and the eclectic furniture, which was likely sourced from thrift stores or where it ended up when owners got new furniture, it's fine. A minor annoyance is the water pressure in almost all the sinks, which can be described as a trickle. Handwashing dishes and counters was tough. The showers were fine. I gave it a five-star rating based on the value. We would likely go back again just for the river fun.

we needed housing for a couple employees for a job we had going in la pine. this house checked all the boxes and more! we had a great experience and no issues with the house or neighborhood. its secluded and we felt safe leaving our equipment in the driveway while we were not at the house

Large, roomy house, not perfect, but has nice furniture and activities galore...great for a family getaway!

It was a nice stay. However, the house wasn't prepared for our arrival. The cleaning staff did come fairly quick to get things ready after we got there.
