Located 2.5 km from the spa resort of Mont Dore, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy (1886m, highest peak of the mountains of Auvergne), 300m from the ski lifts and cross-country trails, you take full advantage of the mountain and pleasures of winter sports. In summer, quiet, in the midst of a magnificent setting, you are close to all the hiking trails that crisscross the valley (Path of Physicians and trail Capuchin), and at the same time very close to the city center (access in less than 3 minutes) where is the famous Thermal Establishment, which hosts many spa guests, from April to September.
