Superb Duplex Apartment officially classified 4 stars offering the benefits of a 5 star ideally located on the beaches of Juno Beach (Côte de Nacre) in Normandy (Calvados) 13 km north of Caen (4 direct lanes) in its secure residence on the seafront with direct pedestrian access to the beach and picnic air close, very close to St Aubin-sur-Mer and Courseulles-sur-Mer.
You can relax and enjoy the comfort of our "cozy" Duplex, very cozy, completely renovated (new high quality bedding in all beds in Brittany) and redecorated in a spirit of seaside with a change of scenery guaranteed, new equipment and furniture : large Led TV screen with sound bar, internet access and WIFI, Orange TV-a hundred channels, BZ quality Bultex mattress, coffee table with serving and 2 stools, 2 armchairs with plaid and footrest.
A separate entrance from the left toilet, a bathroom on the right with double sink, shower, heated towel rail and new washing machine.
Then a kitchen (with a bar and 2 stools in white pine) open modern fitted and equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, new kettle as well as a hood, a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, many shelves and a large closet. Complete tableware in blue tones, seaside spirit, children's plastic tableware, high chair, safety barrier ...
In the dining room white pine table with 2 extensions, 4 main beds and chairs and additional stools.

Upstairs, warm atmosphere of the Duplex, you will feel like in a boat on the sea with the beams, the wooden staircase, the white paneling and the beautiful floating floor where you will find the mezzanine bedroom with either your choice 2 separate twin beds or one double bed (large closets deep behind the curtains and wardrobe).
In the children's room: bathroom (washbasin and WC), a single bed and large closets.
Electric heating very powerful throughout the apartment.
You have all the shops (bakery, pharmacy, home of the Press, Hairdresser), restaurants, a supermarket in St Aubin-sur-Mer (village famous for its sea bathing iodinated with its pretty streets) nearby as well Bernières-sur-Mer and its supermarket.
Hikes or bike rides, rollerblading ... on the dike in Ouistreham Courseulles recommended for the happiness of the sea and along the picturesque villages or walk on the sand admiring the beauty of the beaches of Normandy ...
Many sports and cultural activities: water with the sailing club Bernières, tennis, beach games, horse riding, swimming in Dover (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and Courseulles (1 outside with sea water in summer), library ...

We had a wonderful vacation in this cosy 2 storey apartment near the beach. Sophie has provided everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. We were there in December and the weather was cloudy and rainy but we still had a great time and there is lots to see in the area. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for two weeks at this very nice duplex in August. Amazing welcome from the owner with delicious huge breakfast and goodies from this area. The duplex has everything to relax, cook (if you want), or just catch up on the news with the high speed wifi.
I used to spend summers in this town growing up and the location is perfect. Steps to the beach with shrimping and fishing and fossils hunting (cap romain), perfect for a walk along the beach or for biking, close to all the Dday beaches. Great market and fish vendors next town in Courseulles.
Enjoy your stay there if you have a chance to visit the Dday beaches.

Even though it's on the opposite site of the sea shore it's a really lovely place to stay in this two-floor-appartement. It takes a few steps to reach the promenade and have a walk along the beach, which is worth each time of the day. The appartement is situated not far from all the great and nice spots of D-Day-History but it isn't within the rushful trafic of all these attractions. And not to forget the unbeatable hospitality of Sophie Lefebvre who welcomed us with baskets of regional food that we hardly could consume during 4 days of our stay. To put it in a nutshell: easy and comfortable living in Normandy!

The duplex has everything to relax, cook (if you want), or just catch up on the news with the high speed wifi. I used to spend summers in this town growing up and the location is perfect. Great market and fish vendors next town in Courseulles. Enjoy your stay there if you have a chance to visit the Dday beaches.
