About this house rental
Modern and rustic rustico for 2 adults and up to 2 children in the Pisciadel mountain pasture (1500 meters above sea level), 20 minutes from Upper Engadine, 20 minutes from Veltlin and 20 minutes from Livigno (Italy's duty-free zone), at the entrance to Val di Campo (Nature reserve) and close to a mountain bike paradise.
A bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a sofa bed (bedroom and lounge are next to each other and there is no lockable door in between), a bathroom (with Corian bathtub and sink), a separate toilet and a separate shower, a large kitchen with fireplace and fireplace, Electricity, heat pump boiler.
In summer
With driveway and parking by the house, lawn with outside fireplace by the house.
Swimming in the Puschlaversee, in Lago di Saoseo or in the indoor pool of Poschiavo, mountain hiking in the fir and lark forests in the area, mountaineering and sport climbing, glacier hiking in Diavolezza, glacier mills in Cavaglia, mountain biking, fishing in mountain streams and lakes, tennis and mini golf UNESCO World Heritage , Valtellina wine region, shopping in duty free zone Livigno, etc.

Parking on the main street, 300 m walk to the house, with little snow access and parking at the house.
Snowshoe hikes directly from the house in the fir and lark forests in the area and z. B. in the Val di Campo (nature reserve). Ski areas Diavolezza / Lagalb in 15 minutes, cross-country skiing La Rösa in 6 minutes, snowkiting on Lago Bianco in 15 minutes, toboggan run valley station Muottas Muragl in 25 minutes by car, small ski lift (depending on snow conditions) approx. 10 minutes within walking distance. An indoor pool is in Poschiavo.

Unsere Ferien in der Nebensaison waren super. Die Lage des Objekts lädt zu tollen Ausflügen oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Top Service vom Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein kleines Bijou. Wunderschön minimalistisch eingerichtet. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für ruhige, zurückgezogene Tage im Val Poschiavo. Die Umgebung bietet grosses Potenzial für idyllische Ausflüge. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine gute Grundausstattung und ist sauber.
Leider liegt das Objekt in der Mulde eines Seitentals und man fühlt sich sehr eingekesselt. (Blick von der Wohnküche im Keller: Strasse/Füsse von Vorbeigehenden )
