On the ground floor (60m²) there is the living and dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms for 3 people (bunk bed and single bed).
The upper floor (30m²) offers 2 sleeping areas for 4 people (double bed and 2 single beds).

The house was very clean and warm, as announced. Just note that "linens provided" does not include towels, so bring yours. Otherwise, it was close enough to Legoland (1/2 h), which was our first objective for the kids, same for Charlottenhohle (for those who aim caves). The garden is big, but not flat. Make sure you buy something to eat in Geislingen or Amstetten if you want to self-cater.
