Viel Platz. Große Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder, weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen. Hell. Klimaanlage, die auch als Heizung funktioniert. Auch in der Nebensaison: 1A Restaurant/Pizzeria und 1A Cafe-Bar in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Viel Grün rundherum.

Küche sparsam ausgestattet - kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, kein Backrohr, keine Mikrowelle, keine Buttermesser. Möblierung sparsam - im einen Schlafzimmer nur ein Nachtkastel, keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Esstisch hat nur 6 Sessel, obwohl 8 Schlafplätze in der Wohnung sind. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Bädern. 1 Stunde Wegzeit bis Venedig (Bus + Schiff).

Venice Golf Residence is the right choice if you want to save money and are willing to stay in an apartment, not a hotel — but not a hostel either. The apartments are very clean and peaceful and fully equipped. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and a short path takes from the residence to the beach. The location is far away from the commercial center of Lido and from the vaporetto stop, but there's a bus stop near and busses going every ten minutes or so. Venice Golf Residence is a very good budget option for staying in Lido / Venice. The residence is especially good for families.

The wifi did not work at all — but that doesn't matter if you are ok with using your mobile phone as the wifi source. To take a shower with warm water one may have keep the tap on for even 30 minutes.

Było blisko do morza, z drugiej strony osiedla bar. Komunikacja miejsca 5 min spacerem.

Brak kontaktu ze strony właścicieli obiektu. Lokal nie był porządnie posprzątany, ręczniki dziwnie pachniały. Klimatyzacja włączała się na chwilkę i się wyłączała, a w pomieszczeniach było bardzo zimno. Brak czajnika. Pomimo prośmy o dostarczenie leżaków nie zostały one dostarczone. Naczynia w kuchni bardzo zużyte. Brak internetu.
