Our second stay at Marie’s apartment. Communication with Marie was good, check in was easy. The beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops are all in easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious, air conditioned and has a great outside terrace. Highly recommended.

We were 4 adults from Wales staying in the property for a wedding in Maugio. The accommodation was in a perfect location for the commute to the wedding but also to explore the area. The property has everything you need for your stay. There is a Lidl next door for all your provisions. The view over the marina was fantastic. It was close to the restaurants and bars and to the beachfront. Marie was the perfect host. Whenever we contacted her regarding our stay she promptly replied and was very informative about the area. I can highly recommend this apartment and also the restaurant le Marin sol which is opposite Lidl.

Communication with Marie, the owner, was easy and very helpful with regard to the check-in process. All very smooth.
The apartment is in a great location, close to the marina, bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beaches.
The apartment itself was great, very clean and spacious, with a great outside space.

L'appartement est magnifique et bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la plage et du centre animé de la Grande Motte. Excellents commerces juste en face recommandés par Marie qui nous a bien accueilli. La décoration, le confort (literie et électro ménager ) sont parfaits. La grande pièce à vivre avec ses deux salons et sa vue sur le port était un pur bonheur. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'espace, la vue depuis la terrasse et les baies vitrées, la lumière et l’immense terrasse sont les principaux atouts de cette location. Les deux places de parking sont indispensables et bien pratiques même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture. Petit supermarché à 5 mn à pied.
