Our quietly located holiday home in Dresden, in the idyllic old village center of Dresden-Laubegast directly on the Elbe, is comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, terrace and balcony. Suitable for 2 to 6 people.
The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 4-burner stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. There is a second toilet with washing machine, drying rack and the possibility of ironing for you.
In the living area, a large seating area, flat screen and stereo invite you to relax.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed and is located in the 1st Floor and attic.
There is the possibility to use the WLAN free of charge.
There is a car parking lot on the property for our guests.
Our terrace behind the house offers you the opportunity to grill and sit comfortably. In our small front garden on the entrance side you can relax and watch the quiet foliage goings-on in the evening sun.
A high chair and cot are available if required.

Die geräumige Doppelhaushälfte ist nur zu empfehlen, da sehr sauber, überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, top Lage fast direkt am Elbradweg mit kurzen Wegen zur Straßenbahn ins Zentrum einerseits und angenehmen Anfahrtswegen mit dem Auto ins Elbsandsteingebirge andererseits. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch nur um die Ecke.
Zudem gibt der freundliche und umsichtige Vermieter , der in der anderen Haushälfte wohnt, gute Tips über Dresden und Umgebung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen.
