About this apartment rental
The approximately 100 square meters, 2017 newly built apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Herbstes blessing and is accessed via the historic winter garden. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed and a sofa bed, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a shower room, the original wood-paneled conservatory and a small hallway. From the garden terrace, which you can use from spring to fall, you have a wonderful view over our newly revamped vineyard on the Blue Wonder and the whole city.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Herbstes Segen, built in 1860, which is the only development of the Loschwitz castle hill. This secluded situation requires that the house can not be approached by a car, but can only be reached via a staircase or a longer but stepless path, but both are not insurmountable obstacles. A goods lift for luggage is available, a parking space at a nearby parking lot in public street space.
The apartment is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is available. The bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The TV has a DBVT reception.
The apartment has 8 beds, due to the 1.20 m wide sofa beds but for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (or less adults and more children ;-). Exceptions may be possible after individual agreement.
The rent of 89 EUR / night is for four people, for each additional person the apartment costs another 15 EUR / night. For bookings of 7 nights or more, a 10% discount will be applied to the room rate, for a minimum of 28 nights 15%
Pets are welcome (on request). But I ask for your understanding that the final cleaning then costs 10 euros per animal more.
The city of Dresden raises of its guests (minors, business travelers and severely handicapped are exempt) a bed tax of 6% of the accommodation costs, which the landlord must take and pay.
Note: From 2018 you can also combine your visit to Dresden with a stay in my "Schmöllerhäuschen" in the town of Wehlen in Saxon Switzerland, where you can enjoy the Elbe view and the beautiful landscape in one of our three apartments (4, 3 or 2 beds) can. We enjoyed the appartment very much. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, very well equiped and we loved having the woodburner in the evening. But most of all we particularly like the access to the garden and the views over Loschwitz. The owner was also very friendly and helpfull.

A really delightful slice of Dresden life in a beautiful suburb about 15 minutes out of the center. Matthias and family were very accommodating and booking was very straightforward. Wed definitely recommend it!
