About this house rental
We have a very large level lake front yard with a great outdoor living space that has a large handmade Mayan family hammock (up to 600lbs) that is sheltered underneath a covered deck. Additionally we have an outdoor polished concrete and stainless steel wet bar area with a huge entertainment sink designed to fill with ice and last all day long. We also have a large custom built in outdoor enclosed shower area that is great for summertime fun . It also has a TV hook up if you need to watch a big game etc, and electrical outlets for your crock pots, chargers etc. along with a large outdoor ceiling fan to create a breeze if you prefer. We have a nice fire pit that we often enjoy towards the evenings and makes for a great conversation setting for all ages.
Adam's lake is an all sports lake from 10am to 6pm. From 6pm to 10am it is a no wake lake allowing the fishermen and everyone to enjoy the sunsets and relax. Our lake is about 350 acres, spring fed and 98' deep. We have an amazing and very popular sand bar for all to enjoy on the East side of the lake. Adam's lake pub serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as has a full bar and you can drive your boat over or drive your car there. You can google Adam's Lake pub for their hours and menu.
We have a two story home with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd story. The master was just completely remodeled and offers a King sized bed, with a very large closet and a large Anderson Patio door that opens to the 24x20 upper deck. The 2nd bedroom was also just remodeled and offers a Queen sized bed with built in storage drawers under the bed, large closet and also has a patio door that opens onto the upper deck. The 3rd bedroom
was also just remodeled and offers a twin over standard bunk bed and a large closet. Completely the 2nd floor is a full bathroom with a large jetted tub and shower. On the first floor we have a large kitchen and living room area with large ceramic tile floors and great views of the lake. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances(side by side fridge, dishwasher, electric smooth top self cleaning stove, and toaster and microwave. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat along with a nice chair & ottoman. We also have a family room with a love seat and a desk area. Wireless wifi throughout the house. Our deck has landscape lighting that comes on and off automatically. We have a nice kayak, a paddle king paddle boat and many other floats for your use as well as a nice roll in aluminum dock. There is plenty of room to dock your boat and a public landing on the East side. We also have cable with movie channels should you decide to watch some TV.
Our favorite area is our outdoor living area where we have an outdoor shower, and a full wet bar with our large entertainment sink. We also have a large coca-cola refrigerator for your beer, or soft drinks etc.
We are very close to Shipshewana, the Midwest's largest Flea Market and Antique Auction which also has numerous Amish bakeries, meat shops, cheese shops, candy stores, Amish Made Furniture stores, etc. which offer excellent shopping.

We really enjoyed our week’s stay here. The outdoor space was really nice - both covered and uncovered patio, cornhole, and great fire pit. The lake was very beautiful and relaxing. Before 10a and after 6p everyday the lake becomes a 10pm lake which makes it extremely enjoyable. The A/C inside the house was dual zone, great and much needed! Large fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying in Jeff’s home for the week, we were very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and things you may need. We enjoyed spending time there making dinner to eat out on the patio. We sat around the firepit in the eve and the kids had a fun time playing in the yard. They loved the hammock and swing. We especially loved the boat! Spent quite a lot of time at the sand bar! Will definitely stay again!

Stop your search right here, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway on the water, with a huge yard and all the comforts of home... You found it! Jeff has thought of absolutely everything! We did a last-minute family trip over the 4th of July holiday, which made things a big hectic on my end.... Jeff rolled with all of my questions, made sure we had everything we needed. The pontoon boat rental was a wonderful bonus! This is one of those "memories made here" places that you want to rebook every year for that family get together or perfect getaway.

Booked our family vacation for mid August. Host listed the availability of a pontoon rental, which my parents did separately. Agreement stated a $400 security deposit (less gas used) would be returned 2 weeks after rental. They have attempted contacting host via phone at least 5-10 times (no voicemail set up), text, and messaging thru VRBO site 3 times and no response except the first time which was over a month ago, that he needed to look into it. He has been completely unresponsive.
