Clean and cozy. The host, Marlin, is a great man.He hass has been good to us. We payed for over a month but our job was stopped because of unforseen construction that had to be done. We will be going back soon.Highly reccomend.

This host is amazing! I had a big problem with VRBO (not the host!). Marlin was helpful and kind and helped take care of everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Overall our visit was good. One major problem. VRBO listed property as wheelchair assessable. The property is not. A wheelchair could not get in either bathroom.
