Very friendly staff. Beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated suite. Great location and view.
Small tip for improvement: we rented the hotel's largest suite and would have found it useful if its kitchen were better equipped: a larger fridge (the minibar is too small), and some cooking utensils (e.g. frying pan, larger dishes) - for guests who want to cook some meals themselves.

Peaceful location facing the fort in Stari bar, breakfast was delicious & large portions, staff was very kind & helpful, spa facilities were nice

We had an outstanding stay! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning very comfortable and homely, spa is fabulous and the restaurant is fantastic. Beautiful views from the room.
