Everything about our experience was incredible. We arrived to warm, friendly and attentive Professional staff and this was evident in every area of the hotel and restaurant. We received an upgrade as on the booking I said it was a special occasion. The room (suite) was fantastic, up to date and clean. They brought us complimentary cake. The pool and spa areas are lovely and have steam and sauna areas along with jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant is exquisite

Great location. Quite nice rooms.
Technologically backward. Don’t have a pillow menu and then run out of pillows. Food average but expensive. Reastaurant Staff looked miserable and unhappy.
