Very nice spacious apartment, with a total surface area of 100 m². It is a comfortable and family-friendly place, with a capacity of 7 people with:
- 2 double bedrooms, one with a shower room, each bedroom opens onto a large crossing balcony,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 mattress, the bedroom opens onto a large crossing balcony,
- 1 living-dining room equipped with a large dining table, a convertible sofa; room opening onto a large balcony,
- 1 equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, robot, etc.),
- 1 bathroom with bath, shower, 2 basins, WC, washing machine and dryer, ironing board
- 1 independent WC,
- 2 parking spaces; private places
The apartment is quiet because it is not located on a major traffic axis. Located 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festival, it is the ideal place to stay during a congress. It is also perfect for holidaymakers because the Croisette, the beaches and the Antibes street are very close.

We had a wonderful time in Louis' apartment as always. The balcony is a nice place to relax at the end of the day and the area is leafy and quiet, away from the bustle of central Cannes.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Louis and Hita are very friendly and uncomplicated. We'd love to come back.

This is the second year that we've rented Louis' place. It's a delightul, quiet refuge from the madness of the film festival. The beach is a 15 minute walk but we like the area which feels more 'real' than the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. The wifi works perfectly, if you want to cook you will find everything you need, and the front terrace is a nice place to relax.
