There was no breakfast included, but the location is fantastic. The host is wonderful and the room is so clean and it has everything like you're in your own house.
The host is awesome. I will definitely book that place again next year.

It quite loud traffic, a smell of older building could be scented once you entered but it would go away after having the window open

Giuseppe was great. Very helpful. Helped me several times. A good man. The location is excellent. Close to the beach and the main beach plaza area.. I really enjoyed Cannes.
No lift. Very narrow stairs. I am a senior citizen. Really tiny. Slept on a fold out bed, do you unmake to the bed to fold up each day to have a couch or leave it open. I opted for leave it a bed. Really tight.
