Villa Yannis is a hospitable, traditional 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool of about 27 sq m in the small village of Asteri. Two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two bathrooms are provided.
The villa is located 3 km from the sandy beach and 14 km from the lovely town of Rethymno. One mini market and one tavern are located less than 100 meters away (in the center of Asteri), while a few more taverns, restaurants and one big supermarket are located 2 km away from the villa.
Villa Yannis offers a lovely open plan area with a living room corner, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the ground floor of the Villa. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are provided on the upper floor. A common bathroom with Jacuzzi is also offered on the upper floor.
All guests can enjoy a private pool of 27 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor sitting table under a pergola and a barbecue corner are offered.
Air-condition is provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area. Free wireless internet is also provided. Plasma satellite TV, dishwasher, and washing machine are also available.

Village très bien situé pour sillonner la Crète. Propriétaire très disponible pour nous aider à passer le plus chouette séjour possible. Maison très confortable. Adresse à recommander.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten dank der liebevollen Betreuung jeden Tag voll genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr hübsch gestaltet und eingerichtet. Uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt!
