Near Formia, on the hills of ancient Spigno Saturnia, stands "Limosa" a typical farmhouse in the Lazio countryside, an ideal residence for short stays or holidays. A restored structure with absolute respect for the typical characteristics of the Spignese farmhouse. The house has a large kitchen, a sitting area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, independent heating, and a workshop room. Guests have access to a large and lush garden, mini swimming pool and parking.
At only 10 km. Formia, a splendid city on the Tyrrhenian coast, just an hour from Rome from Naples. The characteristic villages of Spigno and Penitro, the beaches are on average 8-10km away. At only 4km the riding school 'Free Ride' with the possibility of walks in the surrounding countryside. At 10 km the thermal baths of Suio, with its healthy water pools, are set in a beautiful natural setting.
The villa is an oasis of peace just a few kilometers from all the major centers of interest.
A means of transport is necessary.
