The apartment is located in Dresden Laubegast. Laubegast is in the southeast of Dresden on the left side to the Elbe. The loose and green buildings and the proximity to the Elbe are particularly beautiful in this district. The Elbe meadows and the Elbe cycle paths invite you to relax and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Public transport, shops such as grocery stores, pharmacies, but also restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Dresden can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or public transport. Overall, this apartment is in a very family-friendly location.
Directly opposite is a bakery where you can have a delicious and varied breakfast every day from 6 a.m.
It is a 2 minute walk to the Elbe ferry.

Wir haben unser Wochenende in Dresden sehr genossen, was auch an dieser tollen Ferienwohnung lag. Sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auf alle Wünsche bezüglich der Aufbettungen eingegangen ist. Obendrein gabs noch ein Beutel voller Legosteine für die Kinder! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und erfüllt alle Wünsche.
Selbst ein Begrüßungssnack für den Hund lag bereit.

die Wohnung gehört locker zu unseren Top3 in dieser Preisklasse.
Ausstattung: Hier hat uns nichts gefehlt, modern, schön hell aber ohne direktes Sonnenlicht, großer Kleiderschrank, gutes Internet, Kabel-TV. Man bekommt sogar jede Woche frische Schnittblumen :-)
TOP Lage: 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Biomarkt, Getränkemarkt, Eisdiele, Straßenbahn Linie 4 (zum Zentrum), versch.Restaurants (Sushi, Domino ´s etc), die Elbwiesen; alles ganz nah!
Für manche könnte die Verkehrslautstärke bei offenem Fenster ein Problem sein, aber wir sind Stadtkinder :-)
Wir empfehlen ruhigen Gewissens !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem eher ruhigen Stadtteil, sodass man eigentlich auch Ruhe erwarten könnte. Leider gibt es auch in ruhigen Lagen Durchgangsstraßen, wie auch hier. Zwei Straßenbahnlinien, die alle paar Minuten in beide Richtungen direkt am Haus vorbeifahren, sowie jede Menge Autoverkehr, lassen vom frühen Morgen bis spät in die Nacht bei offenen Fenstern kein Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Hier wäre ein eindeutiger Hinweis im Inserat hilfreich gewesen. Auf jeden Fall sollte für einen ruhigen Schlaf ein Päckchen Ohropax im Reisegepäck vorhanden sein.
Die Küche ist klein und eng, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu zweit benötigt.
Das Schlafzimmer bietet viel Platz und ausreichend Stauraum für die mitgebrachte Garderobe.
Im Wohnzimmer lässt sich auch mal ein Regentag oder ein Abend angenehm verbringen.
Das Bad ist ebenfalls großzügig bemessen, wobei man nach einer längeren Wanderung in der nahen sächsischen Schweiz oder einem ausgiebigen Stadtbummel den Tag in der Badewanne ausklingen lassen kann.
Von der Versorgung mit allem Nötigen des täglichen Bedarfs, ist man nur einen halben Steinwurf entfernt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Lidl, einen Bio-Markt, einen Drogeriemarkt, Getränkemarkt und einen Backshop. Weitere Geschäfte gibt es in Laufnähe.
Von der eingangs erwähnten Geräuschkulisse einmal abgesehen, lassen sich ein paar schöne Tage in der Elbmetropole verbringen.
