Spotless clean, huge and beautiful historical apartment. An amazing host who shared a lot of info with us and has been extremely helpful throughout the stay. Even though we were leaving too early to get breakfast, the host provided us with fresh groceries the night before with amazing local products and cakes. Highly recommended for your trip to San Marino.

The stairs have high steps so it is a little difficult to go upstairs with suitcases, but it didn’t bother us at all.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The home is spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly located—but what truly made it special was its character and history. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe. Every room is filled with antique furniture and beautiful artwork, giving the entire place a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. We immediately knew we had found somewhere truly special. Paola, the owner, went above and beyond—welcoming us with thoughtful gifts and even preparing a lovely breakfast one morning. It was such a pleasure to spend time with her, hear about her family’s history, and enjoy a personal tour of the home. Learning that her family was among the original families of San Marino made the experience even more meaningful. The history here is fascinating, and we’re already looking forward to returning to learn more.

Incredible historic home in a wonderful location. So special to be able to stay in this home, immersed in history with beautiful furniture. I wish we could've stayed longer and visited with the owner to learn more about San Marino. Until next time! One of the most unique places we have ever stayed.
